By placing an order with Magnetify ("we," "us," or "our") at magnetifyco.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All Magnetify products are custom-made using photos or designs you provide. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have the right to use any images or artwork submitted, and that the content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
2. Order Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing your order — including quantity, photo selection, and spelling — before completing your purchase. Once production begins, we cannot make changes to your order.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments. Prices are listed in USD.
4. Production & Shipping
Orders are typically produced and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We do offer reprints or refunds for defective or damaged orders. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Magnetify and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Magnetify's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Magnetify operates.
