Production Time
Every Magnetify order is custom-made just for you. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Rates
United States (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping (orders under $70): $8.00
- Standard Shipping (orders $70+): Free
- Express Shipping: $15.00
Estimated Delivery Times
After production, estimated transit times within the US are:
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
Total estimated delivery time = production time + transit time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
Order Changes
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address or shipping method after 2 hours of purchase. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@magnetifyco.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
