Our Commitment to You

At Magnetify, every order is custom-made just for you. Because our magnets are personalized with your photos, designs, or artwork, we put extra care into every print — and we stand behind our work 100%.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print quality issue, we will remake it at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because every magnet is made-to-order using your personal photo or design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Ordering the wrong quantity
Change of mind after the order is placed
Low-resolution photos submitted by the customer that result in a softer print (we recommend photos of at least 1MB)

We encourage you to review your photo and quantity selection carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before ordering, we're happy to help — just reach out before you buy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase as production begins shortly after your order is placed. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We will replace lost orders at no cost to you.
